- What is your character name in New World: Jaxe Ripper
- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Vega
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Whenever the game starts it starts off fullscreen until I get to the server login page where it goes to a much smaller screen. The fixes I’ve found online haven’t work (most all of them just say to fix resolution and go back and forth between windowed and fullscreen in some way or another, none of it worked). There is also a button over the resolution that says uninitialized bug, which I am pretty sure means the monitor that the game is working on. I have the possibility for two monitors with this desktop but only have one at the moment so I do not understand why it is trying to pick. I cannot figure out how to make the game fit the whole screen (1920x1080) regardless of whether it is bordered or not. Every time I try and change the resolution it reverts back to 1260x720. It is quite frustrating to play on such a small screen, please help.
- Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Made the screen much smaller and the game much less entertaining and harder to see
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Not at the moment no
- (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:

For this issue I want to confirm if you also did this troubleshooting related with the command line -fullscreen related with Steam’s resolution configuration:
- Select New World in your Steam Library.
- Right click and select ‘Properties’.
- In the pop-up chart copy and paste this launching codes: -fullscreen
- After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files: Steam Support::
Please let us know as soon as possible if after these troubleshooting the problem persist.
