Game share still work?

We got our spare PC setup and wanted to get my wife into possibly playing some NW.
Is there a way to do it, or does she have to buy a copy?

Family Sharing is disabled. She would have to purchase a copy to play. They often run 50% off sales, but one just happened, so it might be a while before the next one.
