I never had this issue back near launch but it has shown up recently where my game just stops responding. And all the log says is this
“[Info] (AZCore): [GameMessagePort] MayHandleReplicationUnreliable() returning false clientContextInstanceId 1 m_clientContextInstanceId 1 seq 25739 m_lastUnreliableReplicationSeq 25740”
The numbers change but it spams that a few times then disconnects me. And leads to the Login Block Suspicious Software or Corrupted Install Detected. Which neither of those are true. Error code 1 and 51.
Tried every so call fix I’ve come across and nothing seems to change.
I use to be able to play 16 hours at a time and now I’m lucky to get 2 mins.
hello @Delenca,
I’m sorry your having issues with game and getting a error “Login Blocked suspicious software or corrupted install detected”.
Unfortunately this happens when there is an issue with any third party software or the installation of the game was not done properly, I would suggest you to try the steps below and let me know if it helped solve this.
- Verify integrity of game files
- If verification doesn’t work, try this:a. Press the Start button
b. Go to “Settings” menu
c. Select “Network and Internet” feature
d. Click on “Status” tab
e. Go to “Change your network settings”
f. Select “Change adapter options*” feature
g. Right-click on your network connection
h. Select “Properties” from the list
i. Uncheck the “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)” box
j. Restart your PC - Reinstall Easy Anti-Cheat: Easy Anti-Cheat
- Reinstall the whole game.
- Try running New World after performing a Clean Boot on Windows. You can check how to do a Clean Boot here: How to perform a clean boot in Windows
If the error still there, kindly reply back to this post so we can further troubleshoot it.
I hope this information helps!
Cheers.
Already done all that. The basic stuff did nothing.
Tried every “fix” I could find and nothing has changed.
Is there some launch option for a more detailed log or an explanation to why it spams what it does which causes it to stop responding in the first place.
EDIT: Did SFC scans without a fix and did a complete fresh driver install system wide.
Edit 2: For some reason unplugging my Dvd drive and swapping game to windowed mode has made it more stable but it isn’t an actual fix.
Completely unsure why but it seems the Dvd drive triggers the Suspicious Software thing… And the game’s Fullscreen setting is unstable. Just used Windowed Mode and Borderless Gaming App and it is running excellent even better than before…
Appears to be back the temp fix hasn’t worked. 30 crashes today.
There needs to be a way to do detailed logs or something.
Is there anyone who would know what causes this? <2022-01-07 08:53:44.515>: [Info] (AZCore): [GameMessagePort] MayHandleReplicationUnreliable() returning false clientContextInstanceId 1 m_clientContextInstanceId 1 seq 49391 m_lastUnreliableReplicationSeq 49401
That is all the logs say around the crashes spams that a few times till it crashes.
My game crashing has also started again. Havent played for 2 days.
Guess there isn’t any action support just those copy paste messages
