I am getting 60 FPS and 16ms response time on the server. My GPU and RAM are both doing fine and not maxing out. I put every setting on low just to test (normally it defaults to high) but I am still lagging and stuttering badly when trying to play. My internet is not slow nor do I have a bad connection. I can’t figure out why my game is playing like I’m only getting 20 fps when I am getting well over 60.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the game performance.
In this case as you already mentioned that your PC is working properly and your internet connection works fine as well, I recommend to check our troubleshooting page for connectivity and lag issues, these issues can be caused due to different factors not only the internet connection, I would like you to check it and make sure there isn’t a setting or something that may be causing this issue.
Also, if the issue persist, I recommend you to contact our live support directly to have one of our agents look further into your issue and if needed escalate it.
