Game was great until my experience left a bad taste in my mouth

I am here to voice one thing, the game and its staff blow. Im done trying to work with the trash game New World and its staff. So my name is originally ReaperOfSouls89. I was removed for “causing dissent” when I in fact was not causing dissent.

Upon my further inquiry as to how to get my account reinstated so I could continue to post my honest feed back I was told there was no way to contact the forum department.

I tried this sites support, was told by one guy there was nothing he could do. I tried amazon customer care who sent me to another department, only for that person to say the same thing. I tried another support ticket, Mark was very adament to tell me get lost. Paraphrasing as the last remark before I could ask who do I contact was “WE HAVE TOLD YOU WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, STOP ASKING!” Created 3 accounts to get back into the forums to inquire in both feedback, general discussion, and english support only for all three accounts to be banned for “ban evasion” besides the one banned for “causing dissent”.

Now my brother gets banned, in game, for third party offense when he didnt even use any third party software. He was using corsairs ICUE to set up a macro for basically a copy and paste messages for the WT my company was about to start running on our server. Editing because obviously ICUE is in fact third party, but its not like he was using some bogus website’s aimbot/ESP or bot software to gather resources. Ran our WT and 2 hours later he gets the boot. Appeal it you might say, he did. Got the same generic copy and paste response everyone else gets. Him, myself, and my sister-in-law even submitted a support ticket asking about the reasoning behind this ban. Yep you guessed it, “we cant do anything about it as there is no way to contact the appeal department.” How can you have multiple departments with in a company that cannot communicate with each other?

So this is the reasoning behind why everyone in my company and myself has decided to no longer deal with AGS and their services. I really enjoyed the game but after dealing with the incompetent staff for a game that was in the making for years, I can no longer enjoy this game. I have changed my review and have posted to numerous sites my experince with the game and its staff. Will continue to do so until I see AGS and its games circle the drain. Wont be long as New World is already circeling the drain and one more plunge the turd will go down. Hows that for “causing dissent”. Catch yall on the flip side, fellow gamers, because this accounts getting removed for “ban evasion”. 1283 hours of my life and like $60 ill never get back

It happens with all large companies, too many departments and layers. Especially when they outsource their customer support so they do not need to face the direct abuse that some clients give.

Oh yeah, the NW team is living in 2001… and as such, MMO’s are a new thing and no one knows what works and what doesn’t. This is the only thing that explains their decision making.

Ive dealt with some big companies that actually transfer you to a department that can handle the situation better. Not to tell you no one can help, so stop asking.

Well most of the AGS team is on break now after the big brine stone launch and in holiday. They are not really taking shifts so it can be painful till they are back to address the problems.

This was about 3 months ago, with my experience on this site. Even tried contacting a community moderator through a message to have a civil converstaion about my removal from the forums. But before we could even do that it was off with me to the curb, dont know if it was them or some other moderator. This thing with my brother was just week or so ago. I know holidays are a time where not a lot can be done with staff taking time off to enjoy it with their families. But after having my own experience, my brothers problem was just icing on the cake. The push that I finally needed to say “nope, im done”. Now if in the off chance this account isn’t removed and that moderator that was going to remove it, would like to have a chat with me Im all for it. Might even change my mind because at least ill have finally contacted someone who is willing to hear me out and possibly get my main account reinstated. If not ill be back to let ya know how it goes, it’ll come from an account thisgameblows10 lol. If ReaperOfSouls89 gets reinstated ill just have to make a headline of “In no way is this to cause dissent” before I even post my feedback
