@Lazer Sorry for being direct, but you were one to actually respond before so im giving it a shot. Do you know if anyone is looking into this…? With how important Expeditions are, we can’t buy chisels for orbs. Kinda ruins the game for us you know.

There is probably atleast 100+ cases of this having been told to escalate it to a ticket.
What are your devs doing atm? are they even working?
This is the 4th week with this bug and people have been locked out from creating keys for way to long. All this because the NPC that is supposed to give you a quest is being changed with a different one at one point in the story.
Please see my Achievements - As you can see Marauder Gladiator is 1/2 which could be a reason for the bug.

Same issue here me and my company all changed faction and now a couple of us are stuck and the timing couldnt be worse with mutations so close. Please I urge you to fix this and some compensation for the time we couldnt craft keys because of this would be appreciated but not neccessary.

Will there be some sort of compensation for the players that have had to deal with this? I’ve done well over 200 PvP quests pushing territories since I swapped back to yellow for no reward at all. No tokens, no chisels, no orbs. I’m glad there’s an actual update to this but at this point I’ve missed out on almost 3 rotations of orb cooldowns (3 laz, 9 gen) because my cooldowns were up the day after I swapped and I would’ve hit max rank that first day while I pushed both Reekwater and Ebonscale into conflict. I’m out easily tens of thousands of gold because of this between the straight up gold you get from the expeditions, the gear and the timeless shards. Never mind I could be selling slots to the orbs themselves. Like, if anything, can we get the orbs that we should have been able to craft as compensation? I would gladly take the orbs over any sort of gold compensation.

I really think I’ll stop playing. No compensation has been mentioned for those of us not being able to craft the dungeon orbs (the most important part of the game). And without that confirmation, I don’t think I feel able to “wait” for a future update without solving the damage done to the majority of players who have endured bugs since launch.

Right i know what you mean… something like this should be fixxed in under 1 Week… because its important part of the Endgame etc. Just now it isnt funny anymore. And in your case 3xlaz 9x gen its not just the loot which you could get even the gold if you sell those… would b 78.000 Coins just crazy what we all miss >_>

Not sure why this is considered interesting information. If my tokens were capped at 16k but I was max rank at least I’d still be able to buy 2 chisels at a time. I can’t even get to max rank. You’re experiencing a different and unrelated bug to this post.
Gotta love it I have over 800 hours played and am actively being locked out by the game with barely any news of help coming. As a player that had stuck with this game through multiple shit bugs and dupes and defended it hundreds of times this is where we get left. Wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t get compensation either. Amazing.

I have had an email from a live support agent who created a ticket for me on the issue.

I have replied with some information on what they asked from me so hopefully a fix soon!
Any further updates? @Kay has been a while since the last update and many people are still stuck just waiting. Yesterday was 4 Laz orb cooldowns missed now thanks to this bug and still the only thing we’ve been told is “it’s being worked on, it’s sensitive and there’s no timetable”. Come on. Are we just going to be screwed come the mutations patch? Or will this be addressed by then? & what about compensation? Will we be getting the orbs that we’ve missed because of this, or will we just get a single small line of patch notes weeks or possibly months later saying “fixed an issue where players switching back to their original faction couldn’t progress past rank 3” ? Waiting for a resolution is getting pretty old at this point.

- We fixed an issue that was causing players to lose progress when switching back to a Faction they previously had been a part of. Now, when players switch back to a Faction they will retain their Faction Rank Reputation as well as the balance of their Faction Tokens. Unfortunately, we can not restore players to their previous state for players who switched back to a Faction they were are a part of prior to this update.
And now? The fix comes with the Update… so we must farm rank and cant do what others alrdy doing…
And whats about the 6 Weeks where we wastet Faction Points because of Wars / Area’s Push etc? Where we Couldn Craft keys etc…? 6 Weeks 18x Gen 6x Laz 1x Gen is 8k Worth Laz 10k … Even if we would only craft the half its 102k Coins we lost on worth!!
And now yeah you can do the Quest now but must grind it… not funny at all AT LEAST!!!
Give us our Rank 5 back so we can start with our Mates and not let us grinding stupid faction for Hours …

If you wouldn get Paid for 6 weeks and get Told yeah you get it later because Transaction isnt working. Then when its working again you dont get the money for 6 Weeks but get told you b happy with it at least you get your money again since before. But still 6 Weeks ARE MISSING !
