I recently changed factions. My character is level 60. I don’t know what steps led to this. All I can say is I raised my rep to the cap, went to Cutlass Key and accepted the Trial of the Gladiator quest, completed said quest and turned it in, and received this quest to earn reputation to face my next trial. However, I can’t get any more rep. I have done further faction quests, but I’, capped and the game seems to think my rank is still soldier, because Gladiator rank items are still locked.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I was Syndicate, then I changed to Cov than transfered back to Syndicate and got stuck.
This bug affects all factions when player change faction from A > B and then go back to A.
Reset, relog and reinstall didnt help! Game bug! !!!
@Lazer Sorry for being direct, but you were one to actually respond before so im giving it a shot. Do you know if anyone is looking into this…? With how important Expeditions are, we can’t buy chisels for orbs. Kinda ruins the game for us you know.
Hope your day is well, I researched to see if this was escalated but did not fine any open cases, can you please contact us through live chat, it has to be done through live chat because they need personal information to create the ticket, I am not able on the forums. There is probably atleast 100+ cases of this having been told to escalate it to a ticket.
What are your devs doing atm? are they even working?
This is the 4th week with this bug and people have been locked out from creating keys for way to long. All this because the NPC that is supposed to give you a quest is being changed with a different one at one point in the story.
Same issue here me and my company all changed faction and now a couple of us are stuck and the timing couldnt be worse with mutations so close. Please I urge you to fix this and some compensation for the time we couldnt craft keys because of this would be appreciated but not neccessary.
Will there be some sort of compensation for the players that have had to deal with this? I’ve done well over 200 PvP quests pushing territories since I swapped back to yellow for no reward at all. No tokens, no chisels, no orbs. I’m glad there’s an actual update to this but at this point I’ve missed out on almost 3 rotations of orb cooldowns (3 laz, 9 gen) because my cooldowns were up the day after I swapped and I would’ve hit max rank that first day while I pushed both Reekwater and Ebonscale into conflict. I’m out easily tens of thousands of gold because of this between the straight up gold you get from the expeditions, the gear and the timeless shards. Never mind I could be selling slots to the orbs themselves. Like, if anything, can we get the orbs that we should have been able to craft as compensation? I would gladly take the orbs over any sort of gold compensation.
