It just seems bizarre that it does not. Even gathering herbs and prismablooms reward the player with harvesting experience, why not azoth springs, which are used in high level arcana potions (Infused Health and Infused Regen Potion)?

herbs and prismablooms require a sickle do they not?
for example bulrush doesn’t require a sickle and doesn’t give xp, the same goes for the arcane beetles
iirc, the arcane beetles/salamanders/moths or magical creatures do give harvesting experience (albeit a small amount), tho I’m not sure if they need the sickle.
