- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I bought the gear faction medium legwear “Syndicate alchemist pants of the Brigands” with 520gs and I tried to make it cleric stats based “Syndicate alchemist pants of the Cleric” with the “Syndicate cleric seal”. In this process, the legwear were downgraded to a blue rarity, losing a perk. I tried two times this thing and always happens the same
