Gear manager / Set manager

Hello,

Just to preface I have about 200 hours in new world and leveled to 60 about 3 times because it was just fun . However, there is something seriously lacking in the UI that makes minute to minute gameplay tedious and sometimes even nauseous.

There needs to be a Gear manager / set manager in this game immediately.

What I mean by a Gear manager is a tool that is used to assign certain pieces of gear to a group. That group of items needs to be easily swappable so that I can have the right stat gear with their corresponding weapon on a expedition to expedition basis. A fantastic example of this would be FFXIV’s set manager, it’s easy to set items in a specific group and they take it a step further by allowing the player to swap between these sets with just a press of a button.

To be frank AGS it’s starting to get to the point where I wouldn’t bat an eye at a 3rd party tool that would be able to accomplish this functionality. In fact, I would commend the 3rd party for creating such a useful addon. Please heavily consider adding this into the game with in the next major patch cycle or two.

this has been asked for multiple times in as many threads. The topic is on their radar and hopefully will get worked out soon. But I wouldn’t hold my breath at the moment, I have been told that this affects a few sub systems so will take some work to accomplish.

sadly it was “accepted as a task they will do” but zero feedback when, there “dev video” didnt even mention it. only that it was the MOST requested feature… but they never followed through with a timeline, and roadmap still doesnt mention it

The “Guitar Hero” update and many other stupid integrations are much more important for AGS than such an improvement
