I have this bug on some items too. You can recover by clicking an item of the same type in your inventory, i.e. another head piece in your case and change the skin on that. This will apply to the one you are wearing.

I know you can, but it’s only way around it and not problem solve

Oh I agree it’s annoying and needs to be fixed. Just letting people know there is a workaround.

Hello guys, I am also having the problem as the original poster, some of my gear do not allow for Skin change anymore when equipped.

The new patch did not fix this bug, Devs is this issue being looked into?

I’ve also had this issue since the new season release.

I have found that repairing the items makes the option reappear until you log off and log in again.

Devs, could you please fix this, it really needs some attention.
