Should not be unlockable only via the shop. There should be another in-game way to unlock them, via a lengthy/grindy end game related set of activities such as reaching level 100 in the free season track, repeated once every season.
I think this is a starting point. However, I am in shock and disappointment that they are comfortable that 3 is sufficient. I was hoping to save each of my refining sets / crafting sets. This is entirely out of the question in any of these scenarios. Having this feature and hamstringing it is unacceptable.
AGS please revisit this.
