Wondering what everyones thoughts are on this. With 600 stuff now dropping from just elite mobs, the market is already being flooded with all kinds of 600 gs, I feel like how the game is now, in a couple weeks the end game is just going to be so stale, a fresh lvl 60 is going to be able to buy full 60 gs stuff on the market for little to no money. I just wonder what is going to keep people interested aside from obviously end game pvp.
There just feels little to no end game grind and its only going to get worse and worse with more and more 600 gear flooding the market constantly. Like yeah i get it the drops are super random and most rolls are crap, but if you compare crafting, its actually a pretty big investment to just RNG roll one piece of chest armor, 26 of the main material which is gated by 2.6 days basically, i feel the the system in place for crafting actually successfully can slow people down from just max gearing themselves out instantly.
I know that not everyone can invest the time and everything to super grind gear and craft and etc, but I feel an mmo needs a time sink to really be successful and keep peoples interest. I dont think its a problem yet cause the game is brand new and that 600 gs stuff isnt totally flooding the market yet, but I can only imagine in a month or two, youre literlaly going to be able to find anything on the market for under 1k gold. So a fresh 60 could literally just spend 5-6k gold and instantly be max gs, seems a little bit wack to me.
I feel like crafting or rare legendaries from dungeons should always be BIS and should always be BOP, so people actually have to work to be completely geared out. One person hitting 200 in a craft and just doing everything for people also seems kind of an issue, cause in a sense that also can just flood the market and playerbase with max GS items, with little to no work from that actual individual.
Just giving my opinion, what you guys think
