so i’ve opened 10 sheild of the monks, untolds more sheilds. wont go over 505. has been stuck that way since forever, used a gypsum to get it to 507. now just keeps droppiong 501/507 (while the others are 520-530, ive multple times opened gypsums and it just gives me the same level green as the gear score slot already is. just opened amulet cast, was 523, gave me a 523.
why is my character progression bugged?

same problem with my character despite having my professions in 200 having the equipment of each profession having the food of each profession and the trophies in addition to the bonus of the city and I have 590 minimum score which should be 595 send a ticket send the requested logs and the response of the developers was “we know that there are problems with your character but we do not know when it can be solved” what a good answer
whats even sadders is a IRL friend of mine with a little over 400 hours has his chest piece at 586 meanwhile mines still 532 and i have almost 930 hours…

this is messed up. i thought it was normal.
i just grinded the same 2 named mobs in spilaio cavern for 3 hours, and again a few times hours here and there. nothing. but just got a 540 named LS. but did my gs go up? no still 512 on LS lol
also after my friend was skeptical of my claims on the gypsum. he just had it happen to him. gave same gear score as he already have.
except most their gear score is 580ish now. mines like 527

If you still experimenting the same issue until now. I would like to know if you try any troubleshooting steps to try to fix the issue, like checking the game integrity or something else you may try.

hi @Kagami If I have the same problem for a long time as a report before I put a ticket about my problem and the response from the developers was "The development team has informed us that they have received your report and have sent it to their consultation and investigation team .
There is no ETA shared by them when it will be fixed"

I that case if you have still have the ticket information you can contact the live channel to know more about the situation with the ticket and they can help you to see if all of this time they bring any update about it,
ive started getting gear score increase now. not sure if you looked into my character. but for a while there. i wasnt getting any. i have still only ever seen my first “ground” drop today.
otherwise the only expertise drops i ever see are from chests or crafting chests.
