I just got this earring with Despised, I play as dps/tank, so I though it was an nice tank ring to ugrade with, but then I see it hold an carnelian gem with Calming III.
So I buyed an onyx IV gem, for the 2% physical damage reduction and notice I cant socket it into the earring!?
AGS can you please make it so players can socket gems into drop gear?
You can if the jewelry isn’t gem specific. Your earring is a “carnelian earring” which means it can only have that carnelian gem. I believe the “old” ring, amulet, earring drops are the ones that can have any gem put inside of them.
That 8% is insignificant to that 105% though, so that earring would be okay if you needed more threat. I’d say just get a better earing though, you don’t need that threat if you can taunt properly
Thanks, yeha I thought so also about the 8%, it feels pretty minor to 105% threat.
