- Describe the issue you are experiencing: in two consecutive runs, I had one or more faction quests for Genesis expedition. I completed them, but, as soon as I left the expedition, they were gone from my journal, so I couldn’t deliver them. I don’t know if it happens for every dungeon though.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Grab faction quests for Genesis, complete the quests and the expedition, then open journal and see that the quests are gone.

This keeps happening today. I just noticed, in the run I just did, that, when we kill the last boss, I get popup on screen (of loot) of 8k faction tokens like when you deliver quest at the outpost, but then when I leave the expedition the quests are gone from the journal. 
It took me some time but I just realised what’s happening. It’s not that they just disappear. They are instantly completed and delivered when you finish them inside the dungeon. As soon as I destroyed the last hive, right where you have to grab the torch to continue, I got the 8k faction points instantly.
