- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Midian
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I crafted a genesis tuning orb and it vanished from my inventory, tried to relog and it didn’t work my tuning orb was robed
- Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It robbed me of hours of gameplay and grinding to make a tuning orb.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No my tuning orb completely vanished

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I was wearing full stone cutting gear, walked to the stone cutting table in EF, crafted a Genesis tuning orb and then checked my inventory and it wasn’t there but it took my materials.
