Hey Guys I have the same issue.

Here is what I got from AGS Support.

Me [11:59:14 PM] : I imediatelly get kicked to the main menu after the loading screen after the new patch.

Me [11:59:14 PM] : Reset my router, restarted my pc, checked file integrity, deleted the game app data, reinstalled the game, i even tried a friends machine that is working on his account but not mine.
Me [11:59:14 PM] : I get the “Connection Error - Unauthorized to play” error. I saw multiple instances of this on the forum.
Me [11:59:14 PM] : “Unauthorized to play”, did my account get banned?
Me [11:59:14 PM] : Can you guys please make an announcement regarding this ? I have 2 other company mates affected by this.

I think it does. I think it altered some EAC file and trigggered EAC to think you did something to it. Try and load New world with battlefield open and you get error but not the other way around. this is exactly when I started having error

Sounds like I’m playing battlefield until this gets fixed

i have a post in here with my error but I am in a similar place as you guys. I am getting issued a 0 day ban which makes me unable to join servers. I have nearly 10 hours in game and still have not made it to the tutorial.

i have been trying to find a solution every day since the game got released and I have spoken to support almost every day the consensus is that we cant do anything but wait for the devs and there is no eta a week into the game after 2 patches.

I also just got battlefield 2042 and can no longer load into a world in new world

I’m downloading 2042 due to the inability to login.

I’ve spent about an hr fiddling with eac and trying to get it to work. No fix. I would try deleting and reinstalling but my wifi isnt that good. Will be doing it next though. No new world gaming today then

I agree, its a good thing i know the issue is not isolated to my computer. I was trying all these troubleshooting steps i was going insane.
