If I choose the windowed mode the text is no longer blurry but with fullscreen it is. I have also tired the first thing that comes up on google, to change DPI settings, but it did not work for me. Does anyone know any other way to fix the problem?

Happening to me as well, I also tried the DPI settings from the game files.
Check your resolution, i was having the same issue, but it defaulted to 1280 x 720 instead of what it should have been
