Getting BIS is to EASY now!? change my mind

Yeah that’s my observation as well. On the one hand, it’s exciting and fun to see all of these overpowered drops, but immediately I start thinking that this is massively going to kill crafting. Why craft if every second drop is a named, near BiS item? Seems crazy.

I want to gear up, but more than that, I want the game to have a long term, healthy future. This isn’t the right way to achieve that.

Hopefully they will do a 650 gs update or something in the future this way people who left wont be so punished, and like 625 people on the bleeding edge dont run out of new achievements

Yep crafting is irrelevant now with so much drops of BIS items
Also market prices will drop a

Crafting is a cassino type game only for a some time now. And its bad that you cant use crafting to make money. Only reason to craft is couse you have nothing better to do.

How can you say this is nothing? xD i mean you wasted 300k to HAVE the item. @Julezer on the other hand wasted 200k for nothing.

Crafting will never be easy because it depends on RNG and there’s alot of unlucky people including myself xD

100%

Daily crafting cooldowns have been a money maker for a while now. Are AGS intentionally devaluing that income? Perhaps that is their intention here.

Once you get BIS for your build, you can then start another build like a light or medium with the same two weapons, and then diversify into different weapon sets and armor sets with completely different perks. Right now still for me with 2000 hours I still haven’t found BIS for my GA/WH let alone think about diversifying into mage build, which I would love to do some day.

It may be easy if you play NW for about 12 hours a day 7 days a week, but to be honest so much depends on RNG and excessive amounts of materials in this game nothing is really easy.

Just my opinion.

Like always AGS taking notes from cry babys. Like PVP was made optional now items getting treatment like diablo 3. Finishing upgrades in couple months …

Some people really do think their gear should carry them.

Who cares if “BiS” is obtainable now.

I want as many viable builds as possible and I’d like to focus on evolving my play style. Not being stuck in one gear set for 4 months because I havnt rolled the BiS I need. Like come in.

The new update has addressed that some what with the runeglass. And I think creating unique builds will get easier over time. That’s what I want.

Honestly, I see every dog and it’s fleas in chat selling ‘BIS’ items that I wouldn’t give to someone I didn’t like. The problem with ‘BIS’ is that there are too many people that think anything orange is ‘BIS’.

Best In Slot doesn’t mean Everything In Slot.

I wouldn’t stress over it too much.

its not “easy” maybe a little easier but for a casual still guna suck paying 100,000 gold at least for a BiS item.

Hiding power from 90% of the game population serves no one but the more “excitable” PvP company’s, the ones that hang out in OPR trashing it cus they can’t win a territory.

Ooff to much ?

:stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah nothing should be so rare or difficult to attain as to be 3/5ths of gold cap for a single item. This is a sign that inflation and the economy is wacked.

100k? this is nothing hahah
also this game is made for “long” time playing… so if a “casual” player will jsut pay 100k for a BIS you can trow all of the items away… also there are so many items now that drop in dungeons or from mobs… so its TO easy …the only problem that we have are the Money from the territories… this cause the prices to be so high.

Its only “easy” if you have access to large amounts of funds, i,e company funds, which in turn has caused hyperinflation.

The randomness of crafting makes it a real pain to create BiS gear. (lets not go into the absurd crafting/resource model, straight out of activation blizzard them)

This just says, I have a lot of free time, so I can grind away, play the odds, get a few lucky drops make some cash.

Put simply If you have a Life, getting 100k on a regular basis isn’t doable quickly, and peeps don’t want a second job out of NW.

Yeah I’d like to see these guys outlook on crafting if they didn’t have a territory owning company backing them lmao. 100k is a steep amount of gold, and alot of items are going for even double or triple that. Some for even over gold cap.

This!

Also, I don’t understand people that complain over crafting when crafting is still the best way to get the best items in PVP. They are trying to balance drops for people that PVE, people that PVP and crafters and it seems good to me. The only people complaining about crafting are those that want to sell crap items for thousands of gold like they used to do in the past. I don’t understand why someone that spends hundreds of hours to farm resources should have an advantage over people that spend the same amount of time in PVP or dungeons. The profits for crafters will drop, and that’s OK. Maybe increase the resource yield and drop chance for trophy mats to make it even

Please tell me what is the chance to craft 600 expertise item with exactly 3 perks that you need and correct stat. Then think about every ward vs some damage or bonus damage in weapon vs some mob type. How many sets of armors and weapons do you need for PVE? Atleast 1 set of armor and weapon for PVP but you might want more.

Also what is the chance to even roll 600 expertise item (it isn’t ~17%).

Also with fresh servers in mind - you need to farm trophies, crafting set, craft earring and best food.

Super easy /s
