Getting crash in every 5 minutes

Hi, i was playing without any problem except HUGE LAG problems for instance in outpost rush there is unbelievable lag issue due to your bad servers, anyway i just started to getting crash in every 5 minute randomly and that is started from yesterday night until now. I didnt update something or changed anything on my PC or game settings however it just started when i die at Everfall and got freezed on loading screen it happened 2 times than i started to getting crash constantly in every 5 minute. My PC specs rtx3070, i7-10700KF etc. so nothing about me as always it is about your servers %99. Could u help please?

I’m sorry about the issue with your game , If your game keeps crashing, here are a few things to check:

  1. Run a Steam Integrity Check 4 (Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files).
  2. Make sure your Windows install (Update Windows 10) is fully up to date and no update is pending.
  3. Reboot System.
  4. Uninstall and Reinstall New World.
  5. Reinstall Easy Anti-Cheat.

none of them a solution for this problem please suggest another solution

i already tried all steps that u mentioned what can i do else

Let’s try this:
1- Press Win key + R
2- Type %appdata%
3- Go to AppData > Roaming > AGS > New World
4- Delete the Savedata folder and the user_preload_settings.cfg file.
5- Reboot the PC and you’ll see that the files deleted would be recreated.
Try to launch the game one more time.

Also, there is a workaround that I found on another post in case that these steps are not working.

  1. Close game and steam completely
  2. Go to New World installation directory
  3. Right click and run as Administrator “NewWorldLauncher.exe”
  4. While game opening it’ll say you should open your steam
  5. Click OK and close game
  6. Open steam and start your game as normally

This should fix the issue. However if the problem persists don’t hesitate to contact back!
