- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: standing on a certain ground close to everfall but same thing happened somewhere around east of windsward as well
There’s a waterfall cavern in Edengrove that has this same issue. I found a chest there a few weeks back, went to open it but instead of being able to open it. I got the breath icon appear like you have and my character was walking slowly, like in deep water. There was no water there.
That’s pretty funny. I was hoping it was a bug so i could drown myself anywhere.
will this bug be acknowledged by any member of support/developer teams?
