Hello,
Is anyone else getting nausous whilst playing?
I have turned down all settings, increased FoV, reduced mouse speed, etc.
The problem seems more in populated areas as opposed to open plains etc.

If you haven’t, you can turn the crosshair on permanently, so it shows out of combat. This can help reduce motion sickness some people can experience without a focal point.
You can also try to reduce eye strain triggered nausea by playing on 1080x1920 (if you are on 4k etc) to make map markers appear larger. It might look a bit grainy though.
If you use Nvdia, Alt F3 will give you the option to tweak filters better to your visual needs. I use them in ESO (for some reason Clockwork City makes me feel queasy)
Good luck
Luckily I don’t have this problem with New World. But I know exactly what you mean. I can’t play some of the Source engine games: Half Life 2, Portal. Changing FoV helps to prolong game time by 10-15 mins. But then I still get nauseated. I couldn’t figure out how to overcome this condition.
I seem to have this subtle stuttering when I’m running around, and it makes me ill.
I asked what the refresh rate of the game is set too (My monitors are 144htz) and got a whopping 0 replies.
Hey happens to me too you can check this thread (its mostly German) but should help
It’s set to 60hz.
I came out of my first completion of the Depths dungeon last night and after coming out and starting the running simulator back to a shrine I suddenly got hit with a spinning head and nausea. Had to turn off the game for the night.
Strange.
