Getting unbanned

So I just want to know if players that have been getting unfairly banned for supposedly duping gold have been unbanned yet?

I know have trying to have a support ticket answered normally takes about 2 working years but wondered if people have been unbanned manual as they were banned manually.

If you feel you have been banned unjustly please submit an appeal.
We ask folks not discuss moderation of individuals on the forums.
