Give Azoth Staff some perks to balance weapons in PVE

Give Azoth Staff more use in game and let it has perks that increase PVE damage of specific weapons like;

  • Musket deals %50 More Damage(Pve only)
  • Hatchet deals %10 More Damage(Pve Only)
  • Ice Gauntlet deals %30 more damage(Pve Only)
  • Etc.

just buff and nerf all weapons for general purpose and change the azoth staff buff to balance it on PVE.
