- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I went to make runic leather but a server glitch best describes as rubber banding caused me to use the cool down for the runic leather yet no mats were used up and no runic leather received. now I have to wait 24 hrs to use again

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: it caused me to use up the 24hr cool down on runic leather which is a loss of 2440 coin about.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: exiting to desktop and relogging into the game seem to reset the issue and after several attempts I finally made the items
