Global Isn't Unlocked After 72 Hours / Can't Tip Players

Greetings, I’ve played since the free weekend then purchased the title. My game playtime is at 55.8 hours @ level 38 currently, however I cannot use trade or global chat. Any attempts results in the default prompts.

I am also unable to give a currency tip to players for their music buff using the T button. No prompt shows to tip or buff is applied after pressing.

Multiple relogs/System restarts/Cache verifications to no avail.

Any help is much apopricated.

Hey! At the moment, you’ll need 72 hours since time of purchase, it’s sadly not retroactive. You should get access at the 72 hour mark after purchase! Hope that helps!

Yes, it’s a lock on interacting with other players for economy reasons. Tipping other players is included.
