Glyph chart does not open

1/31 and 2/1 4:00pm and 8:00 am Central Time zone, Maramma server. Trying to view Brimstone Sands under the document heading. I was trying to view which Glyphs I had and which ones I needed. Can not open the page to view them. I tried opening other pages and then this one. I tried to restart the game. I tried to restart my computer. I verified my files and they are good.
