If we had a group finder and keyless dungeons to play at launch, this game never would have died. It was one of the most consistent points of feedback in CBT. Your players warned you up down left right and center, and we still for whatever reason went live with junk dungeons. It is really obvious that the game needs a base layer of repeatable content for people to play.
The keys make sure players stick to the end and finish the expedition instead of leaving half way through.
Yes, it would of if “group finder” was in place. Its almost just as destructive as orbs.
Quite a bold statement…
The expeditions themselves are quite good imo. They could be better, sure, but calling them ‘junk’ is pretty silly. If they’re junk, why do you want keyless entry to repeat them?
Also, not only does every player have access to 2 free keys for each expedition, but you can buy more for a few coin and faction tokens. They’re pretty repeatable. If you want to run them more often I think you could make a case for why or how you should be able to do so, but just complaining about it isn’t going to help.
As far as group finder… use /Recruitment? I haven’t seen people struggle to find a group for normal expeditions until recently and I’m on a low pop server. If you want a group of people to just spam expeditions with, finding a few other like-minded individuals would go a long way. A group of 5 wanting to just spam out expeditions could run quite a few before exhausting their orbs. I enjoy expeditions and run quite a few myself, and I have spare orbs. The exceptions being Laz and Gen for a while when that was all the endgame content.
