Going on Two Weeks to restore an item?

On other titles I’ve had the item in question restored in a matter of 1-3 hours typically. AT MOST the person will warn me it might take 8-24 hours or something. But it happens and someone tells me how and why it happened that way as well as usually explaining the rules like, “everybody gets 1” or some such.

I haven’t even the foggiest where to find my ticket number for this almost 2 week old ticket now. Its had about 6(?) responses saying, “escalated the team will contact you” and each has had that grating fucking, “did this solve your problem?” button. That button is a fantastic way to get some really terrible feedback and accidentally mark things solved or unsolved.

Does it mean, “did that email letting me know nothing is happening solve my problem?” if so fuck no it didn’t. Did it mean, “Did us letting you know nothing happened solve your problem?” in which case again fuck no it sure didn’t.
Why would you ask for feedback like that after every single correspondence?

My orb was removed from my inventory. Period. It stopped existing after a NORMAL dungeon run. I’ve had dozens of items literally get deleted dragging from inventory to storage box - but the orb is the only one I’ve bothered to write a ticket for recovery of. I checked every container, searched by name, by icon. Tried restarting the client, my pc and internet connection. Repairing the game etc. No Orb.
Can I just please have this simple item restoration already? It should have been a cake-walk to fact check any of that when I wrote the ticket . IDK how time treats those sorts of logs though.

I can say with the sheer NUMBER of game-busting experience-fucking bugs in-game atm I have no clue how so many of us have been left unattended with these missing items, or items destroyed by manual server rolls- it’s gotta be different personnel dealing with these two things, so why the delay?

I had my Faction Token cap stuck at 25k (half of the previous cap) for weeks. I’m pretty sure they couldn’t figure out how to fix it so they raised the cap across the board for everyone.

I’m getting the feeling all these missing orbs are the same. Maybe just save us all some time and headache and give out a free orb to everyone. I won’t even be mad that I technically didn’t get a free one. Anything other than robot responses in my email asking if my problem is solved…

I love the game and gameplay. The daily experience-fucking bugs are making it incredibly hard to.
