Gold Balance Lowered for no reason

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Logged in and noticed gold balance for myh character was severley less than what I had when I was playing earlier. I made no major purchases during this time.

  • When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone)- Occurred on 8/12/22 between hour of 3PM EST and 9PM EST.

Hey there, BacklashLB! Sorry to hear you lost your gold.

How much gold did you have before logging in? Even an estimate is fine.

I started the day with 360K-380K. The only purchase on the AH I recall making was 5-6 Cut pristine gems for the BnB muts for 500G(ish) each.
I didn’t notice that my balance was down to 160K(ish) until I came out of a BnB dungeon run.

I’ve sent this over to the development team for further investigation however no update as of this moment.

@Centeotl it’s been two weeks now. Any word on when I could expect to see my missing gold returned?
