Golden Rage Skin not showing in my inventory

I have redeemed my golden rage armor and Lavender Blossom gear but in game it says I don’t own the skin even though clearly I have redeemed it screenshot provided:

I’m sorry for this please contact our chat support Contact Us | Amazon Games in-game issues, to escalate this, they will need personal information to pull up your account also these screen shots will be useful for them and also have your in-game logs and DXdiag ready to email them also,

  1. Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %localappdata% and press enter.
  2. Open the most recent file from this folder: AGS/New World/LogBackups.
  3. Send the logs file that you see in the LogBackups folder…

I have already contacted Chat Support about this. They instructed me to post this in the fourms.

You’ll be instructed to post in forums if you go back to customer service. This is their feedback loop to make you “go away” out of frustration.

The 2 departments are million miles away and don’t communicate with each other and do not have a standard process set of processes to get this stuff fixed and worst of all, no way to get anyone on the dev team to fix it.

Trust me when I say there really isn’t anything you can do at this point if you done both actions as instructed. They’re just not organized on either end.
