I was going to buy the best items and go to my friends’ server. And I farmed for weeks and accumulated gold. Today I was going to buy the items and transfer the server and my friends are in the green faction. I used to keep my gold at my own company. I had about 1m 900k gold in my company. And when I switched to the green faction, I only got 500k gold on me. Now all my gold is gone and my whole plan has failed. I need support on this issue. Please help me I need your support
wasn’t that discussed a few times, working around the gold cap and loosing it, is ur own fault.

Update: I opened another company with the same name. I transferred the 500 thousand gold I had to my company.

@Achieveme I contacted someone via live support. He asked me for my in-game name, company name and server, so I gave the information. It was said that a response would be made within 2 3 days. What is the web ticket you call? Is my action wrong?

In the link provided on the previous post there is an option to create a wen ticket directly. I can not confirm that the agent created the ticket but would suggest to create one directly if the wait time for the answer already past.
You can share with me that information if you are agree and I can scalate it also.
