i need to bring up the Company housing and maybe some more suggestions …
This is part of the Cataclysm’s Suggestion that has very nice ideas and need to be brought up again!
Company House. Have it so that in any zone of the Company leader choosing that a company house is created.** My suggestion is, Every town should have 2 types of company houses, a major one for the owner company tha would change hands as the town changes owner and a second type that any company, owner or not may aquire. If the city chnges hands the previus owner company house should be transfered in the 2nd type. **This can be decorated by having the Officer and up permissions. Once a company house is owned in a zone. Any company member can create a room with in the house. Make it so its a small extra storage of 500. Make it so the taxes for having a room is 100 - 500 gold and all gold goes into the company fund so that the owner of the company can pay the taxes for that home.
I shall add on this the cost of the “rent” should be half of the small 5k house, that would ecourage new players to enter or create companies and bring more in the game.
In the main area of the company home have a different types of storage there where you can put items in… Different storage can consist of…
- Armor / Weapons
- Make it so its sorted in different categories (Light, Med, Heavy and different weapon types)
- Provisions
- Materials
- Other
Have a perk system in place that the company works towards kinda like its own town board / faction missions. By completing these missions it works towards rep for your company to gain extra perk. Perks could be anything as long as they dont make things game changing like any sort of min max for dmg. - Extra storage
- Less taxes
- Shorter Recall
Adding ti this ‘‘in town company housing’’, i m naming it Manor, i should suggest:
- Company Estate. This should be a Company housing system for companies that does not own an area and it would provide additional buffs, perks, company upgrading missions! It should be in an extended field maybe with PVP too, uppgrading potentials and ofc upkeep cost.
2)company tower. Tower only for the owner company of an area that would change hands as the area changing hands. Would be out of the town ofc with PVP, uppgrading potentials and upkeep cost.
