Probably after a complete wipe, most bugs fixed and with Great Axe / War Hammer having been nerfed into the ground.
And if not, alas, shut down as you say.

after 6 months of changes, who knows what state the weapons will be in. maybe theyll have actually corrected their damage calculations. im willing to guess thats what is still plaguing this games balance.

Would you come back if they fixed the server stability issues and nerfed the content back a bit to a more realistic state next week and squashed out some of the bugs?
I’m basically only still playing because some of my friends are still playing but interest is clearly waning. We will probably move on to something else in a week or two. Don’t know if we will come back, maybe if they fix all the major issues we might check it out in a year or two. Things would need a major overhaul tho so we’ll see if they deliver or if it goes defunct.

That’s pretty optimistic when there is 0 evidence thus far that they are capable of fixing anything. Every patch/update has made the game worse, every fix introduced several new bugs. It’s one step forward, three steps back with this game. Except for the latest update, which was more like 50 leaps backwards. Either they are doing this intentionally so they can pocket the initial sales and then run a skeleton crew managing only a few servers, or there are issues that run so deep they will never be fixed. Either way, I think this is the beginning of the end.
If anyone wants to give me crap about why I’m still here, just watching the dumpster fire.

It’s tough to say at this point. When everything was starting to go downhill I tried to stay positive with company members and friends, only to be disappointed. There are still many that I enjoy playing with so we’ll see how the upcoming patches are handled.
