GPU artifacts while playing

Had the same bug yesterday, was running the game for more than 5 hours.
All shortcuts were without Key picture (blank square as on the screenshot).
And sometimes I got these lines but in the bottom of the screen (2 inches in the height)

I have the same problem. White lines and dissappearing hot keys from skills and other actions.

GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT

This is a problem because of the Russian language - switch the interface to German, and switch to English and visual artifacts will disappear.

I used to use English only. Anyway, the problem takes place.

There is a problem and it is unacceptable, no one denies it.
I just suggested a way that helps me get rid of it.

It often occurs if you run the game with the RUS layout enabled.

Same problem here. Almost everytime this artifacts shows near campfire under different angles
