Currently running a PC with a 3080 Ti @ 1080P. For the first few days from launch I had very high FPS and everything was fine but in the last few days I am now struggling to go over 20-35 FPS. I’ve tried reinstalling my drivers to no avail. I am having no issues on other games I play.
I’ve also noticed now is a delay in texture loading too if that information is useful.

If you have nvidia don’t use Nvidia Experience set your graphics. I reinstalled but adjusted the graphics myself without letting the nvidia app do it and my graphics went back to normal.
I was having same issue with highrez textures not loading until I get very close and random frame rate drops.
I’ve been having the same issue, windows reinstall worked for one login, then it reverted back to the same problem… I have an HP Omen with AMD Ryzen 7 and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060. Super frustrating. Sent in my log reports to support team, but no fix yet…
Use cleanmgr to clear up DirectX Shader Cache.
Windows > Run > cleanmgr > enter
Helped me before (in many games) when i had suddenly lower FPS.
Tried this, no luck. Also did the Nvidia Geoforce driver update that came out today and now it runs even more slowly. I can’t get above 10 fps…
