- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I was leveling alchemy and unlocked the “Great Axe Expert” accomplishment and title. I have never equipped an axe and thus do not have level 10 in that weapon proficiency.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Best to my knowledge, I was leveling alchemy by crafting fire and life staves. I triggered an accomplishment (maybe the 50 accomplishment goal?) and at the same time, I unlocked the Great Axe Mastery level 10 accomplishment (“How About I Swing By, Later On?”)
