are you in light and or using a rapier? if not then that’s your problem if you are then you may just be bad.
Im not bad at all. Im normally top 5 in kills. I see no diff.
I play medium armor, legendary 600GS, onyx, etc. Its irrelevant though. I have rapier, but that doesnt mean its the GA thats lacking. Anyone that hits you using Riposte is an idiot and spamming Light Attacks. Dont. I fight rapier all the time. I see that, and dont mash buttons, voila, its now become useless move.
Timeless Shard for GA still the more pricey for weapons on my server but I guess it’s a D tier weapon as OP saying
you probably have not noticed it much due to you being in medium I personally can stay decently well on some in medium the problem is when the enemy is in light as it is hard to stay on them with abilities alone as the lunge is lacking currently. also depends on if you are talking in the sense of war and opr as it still able to be on point
I used GA before. I went back. I guess maybe my skill tree is and mixture of weapons makes it seem like nothing to me.
When I play GA I use GA/Spear. I use GA to bridge the distance and spear to lock them down.
I used Warhammer before, but its so telegraphed that an easy dodge makes it useless too. So I use spear when I play GA now.
Im also using GA/Sword for two gap closers lately. Even though my sword is at lvl 15 still. Im noticing that its a beast with GA.
Again, not saying it isnt valid, I just havent noticed.
I play musket/rapier now and prior most of the time. I dont get away from GA, IG, or VG. Anything else, is pretty easy to get away
YES, I play a lot and play different combos cause I have ADD and get bored quickly.
I’m a bow player, and I believe in this reviewing initiative. I think all bow skills could stun the enemy and be hitscan, it could also increase firerate.
i might try GA/spear gonna be hard to give up my hammer(favorite weapon)
The lunge needs to be an easy way to hit and not to become meta. I think you could search for some good builds and combos with WH or sword and shield. Ppl in my guild are rlly good with GA and they do not just spam basic attacks and skills like the in the old patch. Search some combos with WH and i think you will have a lot of fun with that.
Warhammer/Spear is amazing too. Just dont have much of a gap closer. A small one, but not like charge.
Just change it to 4m and the GA is balanced.
I don’t like this idea. Fix the combat. Don’t incentivise wearing lighter armor more than already exists.

Well, while he was walking away, the attacker was not walking at all. Makes sense to be able to walk away from someone who is standing still and swinging.
So maybe hatchet needs a perk, like powerful magnets that pull you towards your target when you swing… Magnets only work for metal though… so something magical, like a void blade…

maybe irl but this a game. In the video he fallowed the dodge with a dodge and kept the player in melee range as he swung the lunge seemed to activate but it did not reach the enemy player. without lunge there really is not a point in having melee as they are never going to hit anything that is not smacking them in the face back.
the weapon is dead, you can be the most skilled person in the world and it will not help lol
