Great Sword is balanced

I roll a normal dodge distance and walk several steps and they still teleport after you. If i have No tomb, I die. Even if i have tomb and this guy didn’t waste his spin to win move, i would of died most likely because it would of taken chunked me and made start to RP walking and dodge like a complete clown. You have to double dodge GS abilities and play almost flawless to kill them in a 1v1, While they can just be mindlessly playing teleporting after you and deleting your Hp bar in the process.

Just to clarify he did not teleport after you. That was steadfast strike which is an ability that reaches forward with a stab and then pulls back to his original position.

i know it was an ability, but that was a commando lunge from modern warfare 2 OG. reap wouldn’t have pulled me there, teleportation is accurate description. Complete BS full stop.

Not in this particular instance, but there are numerous instances where you do die. If that hatchet player hit me while I was being greatsword pulled. Probably would have died.

A lunge that is 100% contingent on homing instead of having a fixed range with which it stabs. Has a 5 meter effective range that latches onto the poor soul on the other end of the reticle regardless of where they go.

Should have a better tooltip to indicate it’s maximum effective range and definitely needs to not be tied to the crap that homing is. Same rule applies to Skyward Slash per busted homing.

Agree on both points honestly. Tooltips lacking is a big problem with a lot of skills.
