What I do know is if I double dodge the guy shouldn’t be able to dodge once and teleport lunge call of duty knife style and catch me.

So because there’s one weapon that was released to counter act how strong GA/WH is now it’s just an echo chamber of salt. You realize that outside of a couple combos like VG with stacked int (cause with focus you’re not killing him) and maybe bow/spear (spear being obviously designed to counter hard engage melees) there’s a massive disparity between GA and other DPS weapons. Yes the entry level is low as you can just spam left click but my point was that any “broken” weapon in the hands of a mechanically good player, is no fun to deal with. Again, that weapon combo has, and people should think about this part. It has CC (5 forms of it) self sustain through reap, crits and LPoD, it has high damage also through crit modifiers in talents as well as GA LMB literally being faster than spear LMB while doing 50% more damage? Or more. It has mobility through charge and perma movement speed within 15 yards with no cooldown or duration. It has damage and tank modifiers when surrounded by enemies (they’re pretty damn durable)…did I miss anything? Oh yeah, a lunge in every auto attack while within 10 yards or more? If you can look at this and honestly tell me that it is balanced. I don’t know what to say. I must be an idiot or something lol. It has every tool outside of range. Literally. Reap is 8 yards and grav well is 10 ish. Path of destiny also offering little but some range (easily dodgeable I know). I don’t know. I’ve been glad in wow, respectable rank and mmr in league, list goes on. I play too many video games. That weapon combo is simply too strong imo, for what it’s worth.

GA is not a 1v1 weapon.
I don’t think I ever said it was. But even in a 1v1, with such a front loaded kit, It isn’t bad by any means.

Clunky stopping? You can animation cancel the clunky stopping by sheathing or drawing your secondary.
