Since announcing the update to fix the trading post bug, my trading post is still bugged. When I try to access the trading post I have 0 active orders.
When they updated to get the 2000 gold for owning a house within first week. I got a pop up with a weird string of text.
I have in done everything possible to fix this outside of deleting/abandoning my in game house. Ive travelled to each TP (buying azoth bottles, wasting more gold to make sure they are empty) I confirmed each is empty.
I do have a bunch of completed/expired orders that have not updated in several days (typically this list clears out in 24 hours).
I still have not received the 2000 housing compensation gold. I dont care about gold at this point I just want to transfer away to go play with my friends that have also transferred away.
In case of other things that maybe causing this bug, I removed the robin hood skins I had on my toon, nope still stuck with message you can not transfer due to active buy sell orders.
Further, I waited 2 days thinking maybe server needed to update. Nope that didnt work either. Restarted PC. Not a fix for me. Restarted steam… still not fixed.
and yes I am not in a company…
Im not sure if this is related, but I was an pre-purchase.
and lastly… on forums… it seems that this bug is localized to the US-EAST region/server hub. (several players from US-East servers have commented on this issue as they are also still stuck on multiple threads in general discussions)
