Group Finder - PvP flagged Purples with PvE Yellow

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: AP South East - Eridu
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: During the dungeon our healer noticed they couldn’t heal our tank, We then realized while 4 of us (Purple) were PvP flagged, The group finder had matched us with a PvE Covenant player and only some heals were applying (Single Target Heals)
• Is this a bug? This appears to just be a bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: We had to play safer to avoid dying/losing out on precious time during a mutation
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No
