Groups of High Levels Farming Amrine?

Just got into a group for Amrine and noticed that I was the lowest level for my second run through after getting another orb from a quest. First time I did it I was at 25, this time 32.

I advertised “LFG Amrine, 32nd lvl, Spear / IG DPS have Orb!” Immediately got asked to join, and noticed that there were 3 x lvl 60s and 1 x 58 + me. I said in group that I wanted to get all the bones for Barky of course, and that since I was so much lower…are they sure they wanted to do Amrine? “Yeah, we’ve been doing it all day, only takes a few minutes. We’ll transfer 100 gold now if you’ll do the 5th slot and use your orb”.

Is this profitable for them? I’d guess so, since they’re doing it. Of course the market in Windsward is stocked with Amrine gear that you can sell going for cheap, so I can’t imagine they’re selling that. Nor would I think that exp would be a reason to speed run it time after time all day.

Should stuff still drop if the character is 20+ levels higher than the recommended level for the area? I know the devs reportedly said that the random drops are affected by the gear score of similar drops you’ve gotten before…so is that the reason to do this? Go go go, over and over again, to increase the gear score drops?

Thoughts?

Thanks!

The dog outside - Barkimedes - gives a repeatable quest that even in the 30s is rewarding anyone who does it with 4-5K exp.

Specific players that want to try to carry low level players knowing that the main story quest gives keys for free as apposed to crafting additional ones is why they are doing this.
The gear is not worth the re-clear at all

Free orb and exp is the only reason. The quest is repeatable.
