Hey everyone. Like the title says, the guild leader and the only consul left the game and I am the only active member of the guild. I would like to keep the guild and rebuild it but I can’t do so since there’s no way for me to kick the guild leader. Is there any way I can get some help with this issue?

Welcome to the New World forums, it’s a pleasure to have here! 
When a governor is inactive for 15 days for any reason, only those in the second-in-command ranks (Consul) can opt to demote the current governor and replace them. In this case, both leader and consul are inactive, there’s no way to promote another member if they are inactive. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

So there’s no way to go in and make someone else the governor and now all the gold and everything is just lost?
Guess not. Maybe make a new guild called Vult Revived, or Vult 2.0, or something?
Also, If your company had a discord, maybe contact the gov or consul to get on and promote you?
