Made a gypsum musket cast at current level 590 expertise. I received a musket with 598 gearscore but no expertise was added to my current level

Wasted gypsum which is already rare and a cast
No, restarted the game and it did not add the extra expertise. Nothing i did changed the outcome
Have an expertise score of 590, make a musket cast and open it.

Try it with another piece you ahve at 590? let me know if its the same result plese
unfortunately i don’t have any other item close to 590, so i cant test it. but if anyone else has tried this on another item please post your results.
Ist’s no Bug. The max Expertise we can get is 590.
So Drops of max Level scale from -10 (580) to +10 (600) but at time it won‘t increase your Expertise.
After the next Patch, i think next week, u can increase your Expertise more.
As Ridris wrote the cap is 590 at the moment.
So it’s not a bug, “just” a lack of information in game.
I could do some sarcastic remarks about immersion and the need of external reseach about essential in game stuff… but honestly, not worth the time 
yep it’s intentded 590 Expertise is the maximum until the new patch with 625 GS arrives.
