Gypsum does not raise points

I made a gypsum for the AMOR - my amor 590
I opened the box - amor fell out on 593 but my GS It still is 590

Yesterday I got the helmet at 599 drop ELITE and I still have the GS 590

What the hapend ?

Now that the Expertise system is live, I’ve gotten a few questions from players asking why their Expertise is only 590, when they know they’ve gotten drops higher than 590. The reason is Expertise is currently capped at 590. When you hit that cap, anytime you get a bump drop or open a Gypsum Cast, you get an item which is guaranteed to be in the 590 – 600 range.
