this is the result of a bad think “solution”, fresh server with immediate transfer.
The gap from transfer and new player will be even higher.
Fresh servers needed almost 2 moths of transfer lock to estabilase.
Not only the hacker should be punish on this case, but the leader that financial all this crap.
He confess on a live stream that pay the hacker to pass the territorys for him.

As if that’s gonna help? Hackers gonna hack regardless, they just target more vulnerable places/instances to hack. It’s just much easier in a new server since there’s really no competition.
