Hale and Hearty/ Con Bug pls help cant continue playing otherwise

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Hale and hearty/ con bug missing over 1000 health. I have less health running 200 con now than i did running 160 before bug
• Is this a bug or an exploit: BUG?
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Cant do anything in game but dailies. Cant run dungeons or pvp because i am to squishy
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Nope

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Just logging in it doesnt go away
