Halloween event GS 600 Shield Patterns?

Hi guys and devs, I know there exists Legendary Shields, but I have tested the GS600 Halloween event patterns for shields and I have crafted only epics.

Can you craft Legendary shields with the Halloween event patterns? It would be great if you could, but what is the official word?
